TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before renting a vehicle from Slingshot Rentals Vegas (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By reserving or operating one of our vehicles, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

● Renter must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
● Renter must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class C driver’s license.
● Renter must have valid auto insurance and a major credit/debit card for the security deposit.

2. Rental Requirements

● All renters and additional drivers must provide a valid photo ID and proof of insurance.
● A security deposit of $250 is required at the time of rental and is refundable upon return, pending inspection.
● Renters must sign a liability waiver prior to receiving the vehicle.

3. Rental Period & Returns

● Rentals are charged by the hour, day, or custom timeframe as agreed.
● Late returns may incur a fee of $200 per hour.
● Renter Must use Premium Fuel Only must return with receipt showing premium fuel was used.
● Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup, or a refueling fee will apply.

4. Vehicle Use Restrictions

The vehicle may not be used for:
● Racing, off-roading, stunts, or burnouts
● Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
● Carrying more passengers than seatbelts provided
● Driving outside designated areas without prior approval

5. Damage, Accidents, and Theft

● Renter is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period, regardless of fault.
● In the event of an accident, renter must notify us immediately and file a police report if applicable.
● Damage fees may include parts, labor, towing, and loss of rental income.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

● Cancellations made 48+ hours before the rental start time may receive a full refund.
● Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
● No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be refunded.

7. Assumption of Risk

Renters acknowledge that driving a Slingshot or similar vehicle involves inherent risks. By signing the rental agreement, you assume full responsibility and waive any claims against Slingshot Rentals Vegas for injuries or losses sustained.

8. Weather Policy

We do not cancel rentals for light rain or wind. However, in the event of severe weather conditions, we may reschedule or issue a credit at our discretion.

9. Privacy & Photography

We may photograph the vehicle before and after rental for documentation purposes. Any footage captured by onboard dashcams or GPS may be reviewed for insurance or liability claims.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Clark County, NV.

11. Agreement

By renting from Slingshot Rentals Vegas, you confirm that you understand and accept all of the above terms and agree to operate the vehicle responsibly and in compliance with local laws.
